Over 25 Killed, Roads Flooded as Heavy Rains Paralyse Bihar, Met Dept Says Next 24 Hours Critical

Patna, Bhagalpur and Kaimur districts of Bihar were lashed by rains for 48 hours, a 'totally unexpected' phenomenon according to the Met department, which disrupted road and rail traffic.
