Magnus Carlsen Wins The World Chess Championship 2018

Norwegian grandmaster Magnus Carlsen on Wednesday (28 NOV. 2018) defended his world chess championship title after he defeated United States challenger Fabiano Caruana 3-0 in rapid tiebreaker games on Wednesday in London. After their three-week match ended in 12 draws, Carlsen wrapped up the victory quickly with three straight wins to build an unassailable lead in the best-of-four rapid format.
