Russian Lawmaker Risks Losing Immunity For Illegal Elk Kill

Moscow, Nov 22 (AP) A Russian parliamentary commission recommended Monday that a lawmaker in the lower house be stripped of his immunity as he faces charges over illegally killing an elk.
