US Senator Bats For Including India In Trans-Pacific Partnership

The US needs to look at India as a potential addition to the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a top American senator has advised the Biden administration. The partnership was a proposed trade agreement between Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, Vietnam and the US signed on February 4, 2016. However, former president Donald Trump withdrew the US' signature from the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) in January 2017.
